Waste oil – the other side of the coin
Supplying you with very fancy oil dispensing systems is only one part of the business. We also have to show you ways how to remove used oil efficiently from a motor, a transmission or an axle.
Like always you have two choices: Either you drain waste oil with our “Collectors” or extract it from a motor using our “Extractors” holding each between 70 and 100l of oil.
Most of today´s cars only allow the extraction of waste oil via the dip stick opening, although draining has the advantage to empty an oil sump completely including eventual impurities.
Or else you go for a combined unit, our “Drainers”, which allow you to do both – collecting and extracting waste oil.
Which waste oil equipment you finally use depends largely on the situation in your workshop and on the cars you have to look after.
Nevertheless there is still another way to change oil in even a much more elegant and environmentally sound way directly out of the motor into the waste oil tank: by using „Oil change valves”.
This is the ideal way to have the oil changes of your vehicle fleet or machines being done in a very efficient and cost saving way. You simply replace the oil drain plug with an „Oil change valve” which stays permanently in the oil sump. When changing the oil you connect the suction hose with an adaptor to the valve and suck out the oil with a diaphragm pump directly into the waste oil tank.
This is obviously a very clean, fast and economic method. Just try it!
