We will start our trip to the lubrication universe with the „classics” which are still the back-bone in lubrication worldwide - the hand- and foot-operated lubrication equipment.
As we consider ourselves to be professionals having been servicing for almost 90 years now professionals like yourself, we place special emphasis on quality products.
This applies to our top of the line grease guns, the Variomatic special for the very rough applications, and as well to our X-TRA line grease guns made completely out of steel, our workhorse for the everyday lubrication job. Other options are our one-hand grease guns for difficult- to-reach greasing points or our multifunctional push-type grease guns (also available as customized version).
As the machines e.g. in agriculture and construction business are growing bigger and becoming more and more expensive, maximizing the operation hours makes your investment pay off. This is where air-operated or battery-powered lubrication become an effective time- and therefore cost-saver, since you are able to lubricate a combined harvester or an excavator in less time compared to hand lubrication.
You certainly know by your own experience that filling a grease gun with the Filler pump FG is always a clean, economic and fast job. Beyond that, you create less waste because you do not have to dispose empty grease cartridges. There is of course a new generation of filler pumps available today, the Filler pumps FG plus, fully adapted to your current professional requirements: better suction behaviour at cold temperatures, suitable for biological lubricants or long time lubricants with adhesive additives and higher output per stroke for a faster filling of grease guns and so on.
Another very important application is the clean filling of centralized lubrication systems of trucks, busses, agricultural and construction machines with grease free of air pockets. This is the domain of our Filler pumps FGZ plus. If you operate a large number of trucks or busses or other vehicles it is of course more time-saving to use our air-operated Filler pumps DPZ for refilling before you go back to the road again.
They are still the „eye of a needle” through which the grease has to pass in most cases when you want to lubricate. The good old grease fittings have not lost their key function over all the years and it appears they will not in the near future.
