Bullets to bite

Dear Customer,

During the last weeks we had several "bullets to bite" in terms of cost increases from all fields.
A surcharge on current prices can unfontunately not be avoided anymore.
Since many years you know us as your fair partner and therefore you will understand that such an action would only be taken because there is no way out.
And in any case, of course, the adjustment is always in line with the real additional costs we have to bear and could not absorb ourselves.
With a very moderate surcharge of 4, 8 % valid from 01.06.2011 on we stand once again on a very low level of a scale that is open to the top as we see from our suppliers.
The percentage rate will be listed separately and visibly on each invoice. It goes without saying that this surcharge will be no longer invoiced as soon as raw materials' prices will drop accordingly.
We thank you so much for your understanding and look forward to a further pleasant and successful cooperation for both parties.
